Construction Status Conference and Within 7 days after the filing of the Joint Claim Construction Appendix Prehearing Statement, the court will schedule a status conference, to be held within 90 days thereafter, to set the date for the Claim Construction Hearing and discuss any other relevant matters with the parties.
