(a) The office conference shall be conducted by a conference officer. (b) The conference officer may make a recommendation to the parties as to the disposition of the proceedings. (c) If an agreement is reached at the conference, the conference officer shall prepare a written order in conformity with the agreement for signature by the parties and submission to the court. The court may enter the order in accordance with the agreement without hearing the parties. (d) If an agreement is not reached, the procedure shall be as prescribed by Rule 1910.25-3 unless the court by local rule adopts the alternative procedure of Rule 1910.25-4.
