Connecticut Practice Book
After the close of evidence but before argu- ments to the jury, the judicial authority shall, if requested, inform counsel out of the presence of the jury of the substance of its proposed instruc- tions. The charge conference shall be on the record or summarized on the record. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 854A.) (Amended June 25, 2001, to take effect Jan. 1, 2002.)
