admission applicants. 204 (1) Upon request of the board of bar examiners, the director shall investigate the character and fitness of an applicant for admission to the bar. (2) In the investigation, the applicant shall make a full and fair disclosure of all facts and circumstances pertaining to questions involving the applicant's character and fitness. Failure to provide information or misrepresentation in a disclosure constitutes grounds for denial of admission.
