In a Chapter 7 case, dividends to creditors on claims that have been allowed must be paid as soon as practicable. A dividend check must be made payable to and mailed to the creditor. But if a power of attorney authorizing another entity to receive pay- ment has been filed under Rule 9010, the check must be: (a) made payable to both the creditor and the other entity; and (b) mailed to the other entity.
