(A) Definition As used in these rules, a “certified-conflict” case is a case in which the court of appeals has issued an order certifying a conflict pursuant to Article IV, Section 3(B)(4) of the Ohio Constitution. (B) Procedure A certified-conflict case shall be filed as provided for in Rule 8.01. Effective Date: January 1, 2013 Amended: April 1, 2025
