Certification to the Civil Actions Branch
Superior Court Rules of the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch
With the approval of the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division and when the interests of justice require, the court may certify any action brought in this branch to the Civil Actions Branch. COMMENT TO 2018 AMENDMENTS This rule has been amended consistent with the stylistic changes to the civil rules. The last sentence has been deleted as redundant because Rule 1 already states that actions certified under Rule 8 are subject to the civil rules.
