Supreme Court. Upon making a determination recommending the censure, retirement, or removal of a judge, including any recommendation for assessment of reason- able costs and fees, the Commission shall file a copy of the recommendation, certified by the Commission chair, together with the transcript and the findings and conclusions and an itemization of reasonable costs and fees incurred or paid by the Commission, with the clerk of the Wyoming Supreme Court and shall concurrently send by certified mail to the judge or to the judge’s counsel notice of such filing, together with a copy of the recommenda- tion, findings and conclusions and an itemization, with detailed billing, of reasonable costs and fees incurred or paid by the Commission, if any.
