Cash bond. If, during a modification action subject to the provisions of Iowa Code section

598.21(8A), the district court makes a finding that the parent awarded physical care of the child has previously interfered with the minor child’s access to the other parent, the court may order the posting of a cash bond to assure future compliance with the visitation provisions of the decree.
