—Cancellation of Warrant
Connecticut Practice Book
At the request of the prosecuting authority, any unserved arrest warrant shall be returned to a judicial authority for cancellation. A judicial author- ity also may direct that any unserved arrest war- rant be returned for cancellation. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 597.)
