Burden of proof on applicants

The practice of law in this state is a privilege. The burden of demonstrating that an applicant is qualified for admission under any of these rules, the burden of demonstrating compliance with these rules, and the burden on review under § 3-123 is on the applicant. § 3-125 adopted July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013.
