ney. In criminal cases arising upon the filing of a bill of exceptions by the district attorney, the time for filing and serving briefs shall be governed by Rule 7.06, computed from the time the bill is filed with the Supreme Court. In case of delay in the appointment of counsel to argue the case against the exceptions beyond the time allowed for the briefs on behalf of the state, counsel shall have the full time allowed that side after the appointment and service of the opposing brief.
