(a) Books and Records. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, the clerk of chancery court shall keep books and records as provided by statute. (b) Other Books and Records. The clerk of chancery court shall also keep such other books, records, data and statistics as may be required from time to time by the supreme court or the chancery court judge.
