Resignation in Lieu of Discipline or Disbarment by Consent. Upon receipt of an RSCH 2.14 affidavit by a Respondent, if the Board Chairperson finds it to be in proper form, he or she shall direct Counsel, on behalf of the Board, to promptly file it with the Supreme Court for entry of an appropriate order. If the Board Chairperson finds the affidavit is not in proper form, he or she shall return it to the Respondent with an explanation of that finding.
