are filed pursuant to Section 16-35 or 17-2A, judg- ment shall be rendered at the time of and in accordance with the decision on such motions. Whenever a judgment is rendered in a civil jury case, the clerk shall send notice of such judgment to all attorneys and self-represented parties of record.
