Authorization for courts to continue modifying forms for the purpose of electronic filing and forms generation

Courts that participated in pilot projects for electronic filing and forms generation under former rule 981.5 are authorized to continue to modify Judicial Council forms for the purpose of accepting electronic filing or providing electronic generation of court documents provided that the modification of the forms is consistent with the rules in this chapter. Rule 2.261 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 2061 effective July 1, 2004.
