Authority to Regulate Notices

(a) IN GENERAL. Unless these rules provide otherwise, when no- tice is to be given, the court must designate: (1) the deadline for giving it; (2) the entities to whom it must be given; and (3) the form and manner of giving it. (b) COMBINED NOTICES. When feasible, the court may order no- tices under these rules to be combined. (As amended Mar. 30, 1987, eff. Aug. 1, 1987; Apr. 2, 2024, eff. Dec. 1, 2024.)
