Upon consideration of applications for reimbursement the Board, or the Committee may: (a) Take and hear evidence pertaining to the application. (b) Administer oaths and affirmations. (c) Compel, by subpoena, the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and documents pertaining to the application. (d) Upon application to and approval by the Executive Director, the Committee may engage the services of an investigator, accountant or other expert necessary to investigate and process the application.
