Rules of the District Courts
(a) Liability for court costs . Attorneys shall be liable to the court for court costs incurred by their clients. (b) Who may not be surety . No attorney or other officer or employee of the court shall become surety on any bond or undertaking in any action or proceeding in this court, unless authorized by the court. (Amended February 8, 1996, effective April 1, 1996.)
