Rules & Regulations Concerning the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection
No attorney representing a claimant for reimbursement from the Fund shall receive a fee for attorney's services rendered, except as the trustees shall, in their discretion, determine and direct. The trustees may require a sworn statement from the claimant and his or her attorney disclosing any fee arrangement for services rendered in connection with any claim before the Fund. (Amended September 15, 1994, effective September 15, 1994.)
