(a) (b) Judge or Judicial Candidate Representation. A judge or judicial candidate may be represented by counsel in any disciplinary proceeding before the Commission, a special master, a Special Court of Review, a Review Tribunal, or the Supreme Court and at any meeting of the Commission. Commission Representation. On request of the Commission, the attorney general must act as its counsel generally or in a particular investigation or proceeding.
