Attorney evidence and argument — after confinement. If the respondent’s

attorney is not afforded an opportunity to present evidence and argument prior to the court’s determination under Iowa Code section 125.81, the attorney shall be entitled to do so after the determination during the course of respondent’s confinement pursuant to an order issued under that section.
