SPR 90.04W ATTACHMENTS—DUTIES OF THE SHERIFF Immediately upon the receipt of a writ of attachment, the sheriff or other officer shall endorse thereon, in ink, the day, hour, and minute when the same first came into the officer’s hands. When there are several attachments against the same defendant, they shall be executed in the order in which they were received by the sheriff.
