Assignment of court reporting personnel

(A) All court reporting personnel may be assigned by the Nebraska Supreme Court to perform duties on a temporary basis in any court in the state. (B) Any court reporting personnel assigned on a temporary basis pursuant to § 1-207(A) shall receive, in addition to a regular salary, reimbursement in accordance with the travel policies of the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation. § 1-207 amended June 9, 2010; § 1-207 amended June 16, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
