Assignment of Court Appointed Special Advocates

A court appointed special advocate shall follow the duties as set forth in the Juvenile Act, 42 Pa.C.S. § 6342(d) and in the Juvenile Court Judges’ Commission’s Juvenile Court Standards, 37 Pa.
