The court on motion of a defendant who has not claimed an appeal to the Superior Court shall arrest judgment if the complaint does not charge an offense or if the court was without jurisdiction of the offense charged. The motion in arrest of judgment shall be made within 30 days after finding of guilt, or after plea of guilty or nolo contendere, or within such further time as the court may fix during the 30-day period.
