Uniform Civil Rules For The City Courts Outside The City Of New York
(a) Alternative method of dispute resolution by arbitration . Where the Chief Administrator of the Courts has established this arbitration program, Part 28 of the Rules of the Chief Judge (22 NYCRR Part 28) shall control the proceedings. (b) Where the parties agree to arbitrate a claim under UCCA 206, arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with CPLR article 75.
