GALR 5 APPOINTMENTS OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM OR COURT VISITOR (a) Equitable distribution of workload. Each court shall promulgate local rules providing a system of appointing and reasonably compensating guardians ad litem or court visitors that ensures an equitable distribution of the workload among the guardians ad litem or court visitors on the registry. (b) Procedure to address complaints. The local rules shall provide a procedure to timely address complaints made by any guardian ad litem or court visitor regarding registry or appointment matters.
