The child support magistrate shall appoint a qualified interpreter in any proceeding conducted in the expedited process in which a person disabled in communication is a party or witness. Such appointment shall be made according to the provisions of Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 8. (Amended effective November 22, 2023.)
