APPOINTMENT

West Virginia Rules of Judicial Disciplinary Procedure

Rule: 1.3.

The members of the Commission, other than the Chairperson, shall be appointed by the Supreme Court of Appeals. Members of the Commission shall attend an orientation program conducted by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel within six months of appointment. [As amended by order entered December 6, 1994, effective January 1, 1995.]
