score transfer shall be filed with the Court and forwarded to the Board, which shall review each application in order to determine such applicant’s eligibility for admission pursuant to Sections II and III of these rules. Upon completing such examination and/or review described herein, the Board shall report its recommendations and findings to the Court in a timely manner.
