Application of Rules

(A) General This section shall apply to cases that involve the admission to the practice of law, the discipline of persons so admitted, and all other matters relating to the practice of law as provided for in Article IV, Section 2(B)(1)(g) of the Ohio Constitution. (B) Applicable rules These rules shall govern the procedure and form of documents filed in matters related to the practice of law, except where express provision is made to the contrary in the Rules for the Government of the Bar or the Rules for the Government of the Judiciary or where the application of a particular rule would be clearly inapplicable.
