Superior Court Rules Governing Arbitration of Civil Actions
These Arbitration Rules shall apply to cases filed before or after their effective date or cases referred to arbitration by order of the court; provided that the amendments to Arbitration Rules 1, 2(a), 2(c), 3(a), 3(n)(1), 5(a), 5(b), 7(a), 7(b) and 7.1 shall apply to cases certified to Arbitration after the effective date of the amendments.
