Application for Dismissal of a Case
Supreme Court Rules of Practice
In any case filed with the Supreme Court, a party who filed the case may at any time file an application for dismissal of the case. The application shall briefly state the reasons requesting dismissal of the case and shall comply with the service requirements of Rule 3.11(C).
