Application denial

(a) Notice from Bar. An Applicant whose application is denied because the Applicant does not meet the qualifications for admission under this article will receive written notice from the Bar that the Applicant’s application has been denied, along with a statement explaining the deficiency and reason(s) for denial. (b) Review. An Applicant may request a review of a denial under paragraph (a). The review will be conducted in accordance with Rule 14-715 .
