California Rules of Court
The rules in this chapter apply to Judicial Council forms, local court forms, and all other official forms to be filed in the trial courts. The rules apply to forms filed both in paper form and electronically, unless otherwise specified. Rule 2.130 amended effective January 1, 2016; adopted effective January 1, 2007.
