applicant name, pass/fail status on the UBE, and the number of times the applicant has taken the UBE in Wyoming. The applicant’s law school shall maintain the confidential nature of the exam information except for release of aggregated exam statistics for ABA-accreditation purposes. (f) In the event an applicant has obtained a passing score on the UBE prior to the date of application, the UBE on which the applicant obtained a passing score must have been conducted less than three years prior to application for admission.
