Applicability of These Rules

Idaho Rules for Electronic Filing and Service Rule 1: Applicability of These Rules These rules, which will be known as the “Idaho Rules for Electronic Filing and Service”, govern the electronic filing and service of documents in the Idaho courts. These rules supersede other Idaho procedural rules in such matters as filing, format and service, and in case of any conflict these rules prevail. Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 prevails on the issue of access to court records, (Adopted April 15, 2019, effective July 1, 2019)
