Applicability of Rules

(a) Additional Applicability. In addition to the proceedings described in Rule 1, these rules govern proceedings in the Family Court under Chapter 11.1 of Title 15, Full Enforcement of Support Obligations, except where that Chapter provides for a different procedure. (b) [Reserved]. (c) Writ of Mandamus. Actions to obtain relief by writ of mandamus shall be according to these rules. (d) Terminology in Statutes. Except as provided in subdivision (a), in applying these rules to any proceedings to which they are applicable, the terminology of any statute which is also applicable, where inconsistent with that in these rules, shall be taken to mean the device or procedure proper under these rules.
