Applicability of Rules

Rules 201 through 222 of these rules apply to all actions and proceedings in the district court relating to registration of land titles, including proceedings subsequent to initial registration. Task Force Comment - 1991 Adoption These rules include all of the provisions of the Code of Rules for the District Courts, Part II, and include additional rules derived from detailed local rules provisions dealing with subjects not addressed in the Code of Rules. No significant substantive changes have been made except to add these new provisions to the state-wide rules.
