All proceedings subsequent to the filing of the appeal, referral of the matter by the Judicial Review Council or initiation by the Supreme Court shall be governed by the rules applicable to appeals. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4155.) (Amended Sept. 16, 2015, to take effect Jan. 1, 2016.)
