Applicability

Effective December 8, 2022 These rules apply to any entity that provides or intends to provide certified pretrial services to arrestees and pretrial defendants pursuant to IC 35-33-8 and these rules. These rules provide a framework for the application of evidence-based practices in the pretrial context allowing for variation in practice in accordance with local capacity and resource availability.
