Rules Governing Trust Accounting
These Rules apply to all attorneys and law firms which receive client funds that, under Rule 11 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i, must be deposited in a trust account. (Amended December 16, 2013, effective January 1, 2014.)
