rior Court Judges Without the permission of the chief justice, the justices of the Supreme Court and the judges of the Appellate Court will not, as judges of the Supe- rior Court, in vacation, or when the Superior Court is not in session, pass orders which may be the subject of an appeal, unless it appears that there is a necessity for prompt action, and that no other judges having jurisdiction over the matter can con- veniently act.
