Rules for Fees and Costs for the Chancery Court
The chancery court shall charge $100.00 for all transcripts of docket entries and records in cases appealed or certified to the Supreme Court, including certificates, seals and transmission. History: Adopted September 21, 2021, effective De- cember 1, 2021.
