Uniform Rules for the Chancery Court
(a) Any person may appear, prosecute or defend any action pro se. Partner- ships and sole proprietorships may appear through the owners. (b) Corporations and unincorporated associations (other than partnerships and individual proprietorships) may appear only through an attorney licensed to practice in Wyoming. (c) An active member of the Wyoming State Bar shall attend all hearings of any party represented by counsel.
