Rules of the Board of Continuing Legal Education
In the event of denial, in whole or in part, of any application for continuing legal education credit, the attorney may, within 10 days after notification of denial, request in writing that the Board reconsider the denial. The Board’s decision upon reconsideration shall be final. History: Amended August 27, 2014, effective October 1, 2014; amended June 2, 2015, effective July 1, 2015.
