Appeal of Disability Determinations

ELC 8.4 APPEAL OF DISABILITY DETERMINATIONS The respondent lawyer and disciplinary counsel may appeal a Board decision under rules 8.2 or 8.3. The procedures of Title 12 apply to such appeals. The Board’s order as to transfer to disability inactive status remains in effect, regardless of the pendency of an appeal, unless and until reversed by the Supreme Court.
