Rule 13 (a) Procedure for Filing. Unless the time is extended by order of the Chairperson, the Respondent shall file a written original Verified Answer at the Commission offices within 30 days after service of the Statement of Charges. (b) Default. Failure of the Respondent to answer the Statement of Charges shall constitute an admission of the allegations contained therein. History Note. 374 N.C. 960.
