Amendment of Incorporated Civil Rules
Rules of Criminal Procedure
An amendment to or recision of any provision of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure which has been incorporated by reference in these rules, shall, without the necessity of further action, be incorporated by reference in these rules unless the amendment or recision specifies otherwise, effective on the effective date of the amendment or recision. Effective Date: July 1, 1973
